What I Look for When I Open a QuickBooks Online File for the First Time

I have a fairly consistent process when I open a QuickBooks Online file for the first time. I review the Balance Sheet, transaction activity, reconciliations, income, integrations, A/R and A/P, journal entries, the Chart of Accounts, and the Profit and Loss. I am not trying to find every problem. I am trying to understand the condition of the file well enough to know what deserves a closer look and what may be involved in cleaning it up.
